- Rose Technologies in Bellevue, WA, has an older setup, called the Diabetes HomeCare Center, for those who want to download their meter through a Windows PC. Said to download MediSense Precision XtraTM, Glucometer DEX, Glucometer Elite XL, ONE TOUCH Profile, and ONE TOUCH II. Price: Free
